Renaissance
Grounds is a landscape design/build firm dedicated
to the creation of exceptional outdoor spaces, gardens
and properties. We understand the importance of your
image therefore we strive to help maximize the value
of your property by providing exceptional service.
Since
1987, the firm has developed, constructed, designed,
consulted and planted numerous outdoor projects. Combining
landscape architecture, swimming pool industry leadership,
horticulture knowledge and field experience, our staff
helps to create beautiful gardens and living spaces
with a consolidated management approach to the design/build
process. Renaissance's process is interactive. By
including the client as an important part of the team,
not only does the client realize satisfaction, but
also defines the design objectives that will ensure
a successful project. Our goal is to be the client's
single source for the entire project, from design
to implementation to aftercare.
Our
services include design evaluation, budgeting and
value engineering, irrigation design and review, long-term
maintenance analysis, site evaluation, and risk management
consultation. When construction is completed, we schedule
regular follow-up through the warranty period.

in need of a contractor, Renaissance is prepared to
help you throughout the contracting process. Our team
will guide you through budgeting, formal estimating,
project management and property maintenance to ensure
